Innovative Consumer Solutions was Incorporated in 2009. This company which started its foundations in a small two bedroom apartment 9 years ago, has reached its wings to now service what is becoming a setting trend... Virtual Call Centers.

Letter from the CEO

Greetings!

My name is Dorie, CEO and Founder of Innovative Consumer Solutions. First let me tell you a little bit about me and where I am coming from. I started trying to find ways of either owning my own business, or working from home. I started this in 2004 when my daughter was born. I have tried EVERYTHING and I mean... Everything. There was not anything I didn’t spend my money (Which I didn’t have in the first place.....)  To try and get in the growing trend of working from home. It was horrible I tell you, horrible.

Stuffing envelopes, to reading stupid letter from CEO's like the one I’m writing to you now about how they make their millions and so can you. *rolls eyes* Each and every time I was disappointed when another $200 went in the toilet and I was sitting there like a donkey because I failed at another attempt to do nothing but try to find a way to earn an income from home.

Years, I tell you... YEARS of searching and failing I finally got my catch. I was gainfully employed by a great work at home company taking customer calls from home. WOW! It was AWSOME! I was getting a paycheck! I was able to work around my kids schedule; I was able to go to work in my jammies! All I needed was my office. I was living the dream.... I was HAPPY.

Then life threw me a curve ball. I got divorced. Moved, and because I moved..... I got a call. "Miss. Morley we regret to inform you, that because you moved out of our "service area we cant use you anymore" WHAT?!@ I said, I couldn’t believe this! They are firing me because I moved 40min to another town! Off to the unemployment office I trotted with my two small kids in tow.

Well... That was it. The stubborn and ambitious I went to work again. Researching what was now a growing trend from the time I first started looking. It was easier to find work at home jobs now but wait....

This one wanted me to do cold calls *shivers*

This one wanted me to make calls and get paid cents per minute? (Cant even earn a cup of coffee on that one...)

This one wanted me to have unlimited long distance on my phone to I can call business all over the world? (Right! I could hardly afford the lifeline low cost phone lines I had now let alone more long distance charges!)

FINALLY! I came across a wonderful company who not only held the ground they stood on, but walks you through the entire process. With this company I was able to make a choice to either become my own boss or work for someone else. I chose to become my own boss.

Why?

So I can now give the gift of working from home to others like I have had the great privilege of being able to do as well. Now, I can share my secret and help others earn a normal paycheck working for ICS without the hassle of taxes or starting a business, or I can show them how to do the same as I am. I didn’t write this to steal your money..... I didn’t write this to profit. I believe paying it forward is the best way... And I hope through my company you too can live your dream by working from home too without all the hassle I went through to get where I am today.
